You may not accustom to using such a handle. In the use of unfamiliar machinery parts, you can first adjust the length of the handle, and then try to see the effect of use. If there it is extremely heavy, you need to check whether the pilot valve pressure is too large, or to see whether the pilot oil filter is smooth.
If the handle of the caterpillar excavator shakes, you can measure the pressure of the pilot valve first, and observe whether the pointer of the hydraulic meter swings back and forth. If the phenomenon occurs, the pilot pump parts are decomposed to check, most of the gear is seriously worn or tooth loss caused by the pilot pressure instability.
If the excavator with bucket is slow and the engine does not hold back the car, it is necessary to consider the pilot oil road. When the fault occurs, check the pressure of the pilot oil line first. If the pilot oil pressure is normal, the pilot "secondary pressure" of fault action is measured separately. The next step is to disassemble and operate the pilot spool, check whether there is wear and jam, sealing ring damage and other faults.
An external pressure gauge is connected along the hydraulic pipe of the pilot handle to the valve cover of the main valve. Just attach the pressure gauge. Of course, compared to the pilot pump pressure, the "secondary pressure" of the pilot handle will be slightly lower.
The machinery equipment maintenance of the pilot handle is relatively simple. As long as you remember the machine parts with the pilot filter element, the pilot filter element should be replaced once every 500 hours, and the pilot plunger head needs butter lubrication to ensure that it is not worn. Of course, the handle oil inlet mentioned in the above structure has a filter screen, which should be observed and cleaned frequently.
