Secondly, be sure to look at the engine when you heat it with a blowtorch. Carry a fire extinguisher in your car, as there are numerous bucket excavators fires caused by a blowtorch burning the engine every year.

 

Thirdly, do not add water to the tank. Advocate adding antifreeze applicable to the local temperature, to prevent dilution of antifreeze after adding water. In particularly cold areas, mix antifreeze with water, makes it more difficult to start the engine.

 

Fourthly, when the machine is stored for a long time, in order to prevent the hydraulic cylinder lock from rusting, the working device should be placed on the ground. The machine is cleaned and dried and stored in a dry indoor environment. If the conditions are limited to outdoor storage, the machine parts should be parked on a well-drained concrete floor. Before storing it, fill the fuel tank, lubricate each part, replace the hydraulic oil and oil, coat the exposed metal surface of the piston rod of the excavator hydraulic pump with a thin layer of butter, remove the negative terminal of the battery, or remove the battery for separate storage. According to the low ambient temperature in the cooling water, add appropriate proportion of antifreeze.

 

Fifthly, fuel management. Different grades of diesel oil should be selected according to different ambient temperatures. Diesel oil can not be mixed with impurities, dust and water, otherwise it will make the fuel pump suffer premature wear; The high content of paraffin and sulfur in inferior fuel will damage the machinery engine parts. Fuel tank should be filled up after daily operation to prevent water droplets from entering the inner wall of the tank.

 

Sixthly, check excavator spare parts before starting the engine. Check the coolant level position and height. Check engine oil level and add oil. Check fuel oil level. Check hydraulic oil level. Check whether the air filter element is blocked. Check the wires. Check whether the horn is working properly. Check the bucket for lubrication. Check the water and sediment in the oil-water separator.
